Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide continuous supervision and shall make frequent inspections of their personnel on the premises. The contractor shall distribute a list of all emergency telephone numbers to his/her personnel employed at the site, including supervisory personnel. Service shall include guard coverage to establish: Security protection against fire, theft, and vandalism; Employee and visitor identification; Control of vehicular traffic, maintain order and supervise parking; Other measures necessary for maximum security. Specific duties of the guards will be specified by the City supervisor. The contractor shall furnish, at no additional cost to the City, all necessary warning signs, for posting at entrances, that the building is protected by a security service.
