Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Respondent will remove the following security components - see Exhibit C for floor plan for equipment location within the building. 1) Eleven (11) card readers and Request to Exit (REX) devices 2) Three (3) Panic Buttons 3) Three (3) Intrusion/Motion detectors (located in the hallway, open office area and conference room) 4) One (1) Door Release Button 5) One (1) DSC keypad and card reader 6) Three (3) Glassbreak detectors (located in the open office are, lobby and conference room) 7) One (1) iStar Panel 8) One (1) DSC Panel 9) All associated power supplies and peripheral equipment. B. Respondent will supply and install white blank cover plates over holes left in walls from removed equipment. C. Respondent will provide wrapping material and boxes to carefully pack equipment for future use and deliver boxes to OOD Central Office, 150 East Campus View Blvd Ste 300, Columbus, Ohio 43235. D. Respondent will complete the work on a schedule mutually agreed upon by OOD Facilities team and the Respondent no later than December 15, 2023. E. Respondent will update Ccure system at OOD Central Office, 150 E. Campus View Blvd., Columbus, OH 43235. This update will involve removing the Wheelersburg location and all associated programming from the OOD Central Office access control system.
