Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope will include design and construction of a new 4-bay heated truck storage building with a wash bay and a break room for 8 people, a unisex bathroom, and an office area. In addition, the scope of work will include: • Site survey • Geotechnical investigation • Design/construction of parking lot for 6 to 8 employees • Design/construction of a brine pad for two (2) 10,000 gallons tanks. The two (2) tanks to be provided by the contractor. • Design/construction of a fuel pad for a 6,000 gallons diesel tank, and 2,000 gallons unleaded. ODOT D12 will set the tank, dispensers, and install fuel hook-up. • Design/construction of wash-bay • Design and installation of security system as per ODOT security guidelines.
