Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary objective of this RFI is to identify qualified firms that are able to help establish alternate revenue streams through commercial advertising on City assets. Examples of responsibilities that a firm awarded a contract pursuant to a future solicitation for these services may include the following: • Working with the City to identify the locations of the marketing assets and the amount of advertising materials per location • Obtaining prior written approval of the order specifications for signage from the City before placing the order for the materials • Submitting the commercial advertising prototype to the City for approval • Responsible for all commercial advertising structures at locations approved by the City • Providing maintenance to the components and materials if needed as well as repairing or replacing damaged structures at the cost of the contractor • Providing a list of sub-contractors who are working with the respondent • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and requirements • Providing the City with reports that may include: monthly reports of advertisements, previous months billings and collections, past due amounts, and revenue received by the City • Paying the City an annual revenue fee
