To maintain the operating efficiency and reliability of our forced air furnaces, we are seeking service and maintenance proposals to enable CMHA to achieve the following goals: • Ensure the comfort and safety of our residents • Minimize energy and operational costs • Improve responsiveness and minimize equipment downtime • Protect our system investment 3.0.1 Technical Support Services Emergency Onsite Response 24/7 – If CMHA determines that a technician is required to respond to an emergency request, the vendor will respond within four (4) hours, 24/7, including holidays, upon receiving notification of an emergency from CMHA staff. 3.0.2 Residential Furnace Routine Maintenance • Inspect overall condition and report deficiencies • Confirm burner and fan operation • Furnish and change filter in each furnace (high-quality pleated filter) • Document filter change on the maintenance sticker on each furnace
