Specifications include, but are not limited to: Compustar Pro G15 security system or approved equivalent with the following components • 2 fobs with 4 buttons each that control lock and unlock function of the factory electric doors with the lock/arm button and the unlock/disarm button as well as buttons for panic and trunk release. • Ignition bypass protection to secure vehicles without transponder keys • Glass break sensor • Alarm siren/horn • Water resistant fob • Remote shall be 1 way remote • Key fobs shall have a minimum 3 year warranty • Security system control module shall have a limited lifetime warranty • Security system shall be hard wired to vehicle wiring, OBDII interface not acceptable Vendor standards • Vendor shall be an authorized dealer and installer for the components quoted • Vendor shall be able to do mobile security system work at the City of Columbus fleet locations • Transporting city of Columbus vehicles to and from the vendors location shall be included in the price of installation • Vendor shall have minimum service shop hours 8hrs a day Monday-Friday • Vendor shall make wiring repairs using solder and heat shrink • All work provided shall maintain the component and vehicle warranty
