Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purchasing or otherwise acquiring rights to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The County’s current financial management system is Performance Series Finance System. The system is maintained on an Oracle database and resides on a Solaris server. The county maintains a fully redundant system at our disaster recovery site. The County implemented Performance Series in 1999. Performance Series was created by KPMG in the early 1990’s and has been the County’s primary accounting software since that time. Performance Series has been sold multiple times since the County implemented the software with the current owner being Cogsdale Holdings, a subsidiary of Harris Computer Corporation. The County currently uses JD Edwards as its HR/Payroll system, which was implemented in 2014.
