Conduct forensic evaluations and submit forensic reports for inpatient psychiatric units or outpatient Community Support Network. Forensic evaluations will include a review of available records, face to face evaluation, consultation with COBH, jail and restoration staff, and can indicate the use of a variety of psychological assessment instruments for intelligence, malingering, achievement, personality, specific forensic assessment instruments and additional assessments for all appropriate measures. Evaluator must provide the necessary forensic assessment instruments and deliver computer scored formats. There is no guarantee of the number of services that may be requested during the contract period. Reimbursement is only upon receipt of the final report.
