Galbraith Shack (1 armed, uniformed security guard, 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays) 2. Patrol vehicle (street-legal) to facilitate rounds, capable of being operated throughout the campus and on adjoining public roads at all times (including nighttime and during inclement weather; with functional headlights). 3. Wastewater Collections Facility (1 unarmed, uniformed security guard, M-F, 7:30a-4:00p with a half-hour unpaid lunch, covered by supervisor; excluding Holidays) guard to enforce access control for walk-in visitors. (OPTIONAL: In reviewing bids received, the City reserves the right to accept or decline this service.) Little Miami Wastewater Treatment Plant (225 Wilmer Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45226) 1. Guard Shack (1 armed, uniformed security guard, 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays) 2. Patrol vehicle (street-legal) to facilitate rounds, capable of being operated throughout the campus and on adjoining public roads at all times (including nighttime and during inclement weather; with functional headlights). Mill Creek WWTP Campus (1600 Gest St., Cincinnati, OH 45204) 1. Gest St. Gate (1 armed, uniformed security guard, 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays) guard to enforce access control for vehicle access to the plant through the main gate on Gest St. 2. Secondary Gate (1 armed, uniformed security guard, 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays) guard to provide secondary gate access control during business hours and roving site patrol during non-business hours. 3. Onsite Supervisor oversees all guards but is typically on-site at Mill Creek campus during normal business hours (8:00a-5:00p M-F) and is on-call (or has a corporate dispatcher available 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays) when not onsite. Coordinates, schedules, and supervises all post assignments; covers post assignments when needed. 4.
