Specifications include, but are not limited to: conduct a Public Information plan to inform state residents about REAL ID program. The NDDOT is soliciting informal proposals for an agency to create a comprehensive statewide public information plan and manage specific aspects of the plan pertaining to REAL ID.The REAL ID information program would be implemented for one year at an approximate cost of $95,000. To inform ND residents about the REAL ID program and deadline of October 2020. Program should include surveying methods such as geofencing and other tools to measure public knowledge about REAL ID over the next year. Program should utilize several avenues to reach North Dakota residents through information campaign, which should include advertising through mainstream media and social media channels. The REAL ID program should include a plan on how to reach as many ND residents as possible before October 2020. Plan should describe in detail avenues that will be used to achieve the goal of informing state residents about REAL ID.
