Specifications include, but are not limited to: ND Game & Fish Department Boat Decals (Expiration 2021) A “Set” is defined as a set of two identical decals on one continuous liner sheet. Artwork: Electronic PDF files will be provided for printing the front and liner side of labels. Proof: Vendor is to provide PDF proof, showing PMS color, location of numbers on one set, and liner printing prior to production. Stock: 4 mil thick weather resistant, outdoor rated, non-reflective, white vinyl with permanent adhesive. Size: Each decal is 3” high x 4” wide. Each decal set has two decals and also has a 3/8” (approx.) staple strip to the left of the two decals. Each set including two decals and staple strip measures 3” height x 8 3/8” width. Staple strip is for internal use by purchasing agency. Inks -Front (Decals): Print 1 color (actual PMS color to be determined), full bleed. Each decal is numbered (00001 to 85,000 in 1/8” high black numbers) with the two decals in one set bearing the same number printed with permanent, non-smearing ink. There can be no missing numbers. Application of a gloss, clear-coat overlay applied to the entire front side. Ink- Back (Liner): 1 color, black (the instructions for application of decals) Finishing: Decal sets are kiss cut between each decal and also between the first decal and the staple strip. Trim to final size of 3”x 8 3/8”, pack into cartons. Label cartons with “2021 ND Boat Decals” along with the numbers contained within. Quality: Decals must be capable of withstanding outside elements without fading, deteriorating or losing adhesion in extreme conditions including, but not limited to, extreme temperature variances and high moisture/water conditions. These decals are applied to boats and must withstand all conditions for a minimum of three (3) years.
