Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily: Empty all indoor waste receptacles and remove to outside dumpster for disposal. Clean all rest rooms with a commercial cleaner/disinfectant. Restroom cleaning shall include: floors, wall tiles, door and door vents, ceiling vents, sinks, basins, urinals (including top, sides, bottom under rims and overflow outlet), faucets, drains, dispensers, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, partitions and doors, and any other items as necessary. Clean and replenish all tissue, towels, soap, and other dispensers. A minimum of one quart of water shall be poured in all floor drains daily. Wet mop all non-carpet floors. Stairwells are to be checked daily and wet mopped as necessary. Vacuum common walkways, assembly areas, elevator cab and open areas around furniture. Provide spot cleaning on any carpeted stains as needed. Clean conference rooms white boards with approved “EXPO White Board Cleaner”; unless otherwise marked as SAVE. Individual office white boards are not to be cleaned under any circumstances. Wash all inside ground floor glass doors. Outside door glass shall be done weather permitting. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
