Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of North Dakota Facilities Management (UNDFM) department, a division of the Vice President Finance & Operations, is soliciting proposals for a fully integrated workplace management system. The department is seeking a cloud-based system that can provide solutions for, at a minimum the following items: space management, work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory control, utilities, lease administration, campus self-service, robust reporting, mobile workforce functionality, integrations with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/HRMS/Finance, Jaggaer, AdAstra and Adirondak. It must also have the ability to generate export files for utility and work order billings, payroll and invoices. An all-inclusive list is attached to the RFP. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Image 13 PeopleTools 8.56.12 (note UND is in the process of updating) UND shares a single instance of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment with 10 other institutions within the ND University System. The software is hosted in the NDUS/UND data center located in Grand Forks, ND. Workstation Environment The UND Office desktop environment is comprised of Windows and MacBook-based desktop systems. Supported operating systems include Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10, as well a number of recent versions of Mac OS. Hardware is standardized on Lenovo, Dell, and Apple. iPads are also supported for many staff members. Users are issued two monitors, a docking station, and a spare power adapter. Each workstation is managed using Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (for Mac and PC). The standard antivirus software is BitDefender. All user workstations are required to have disk encryption.
