Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Class III architectural/historic survey evaluation will include an inventory, evaluation and data entry on the properties within the project area. The project consultant will use all applicable archives, the State Historical Society of North Dakota and City, County and other records as needed to gather data on the properties in the project area. Data will be collected and analyzed on property ownership, date of construction, architect(s) or contractor(s) used, physical integrity and other relevant items that relate to the property’s significance as a National Register eligible property or district. This data will then be used for the evaluation portion of the project. Where architectural eligibility has been determined in a previous survey, such determination will remain unchanged unless the contractor reveals evidence that the statement warrants change.
