Specifications include, but are not limited to: price products / hockey equipment, provide discount incentives (if any), value in kind, apply usage requirements, provide promotional considerations, and any other details the vendor deems relevant pertaining to a product and sponsorship arrangement. The Offeror awarded the contract will be the Official Equipment Sponsor of UND Hockey. This agreement includes hockey hard equipment including sticks, skates, helmets, face protection, gloves, hockey pants, protective gear, and goalie gear. All hard goods will be 100% exclusive to the winning company, except for skates, sticks and goalie gear. Please include in bid if there is percentages of usage included The Offeror must provide an efficient ordering and delivery process to accommodate scheduled and unscheduled (emergency) purchases. Inspection of equipment will be conducted by University Representative at point of delivery. Material not in accordance with specifications will be returned at the Offeror’s expense. The University reserves, at its sole discretion, the determination as to whether products delivered meet University standards. Multiple service visits per year to campus to meet with coaches, director of operations, administration for quality assurance and relationship building. With the proposal, provide sample budget so players can try products like sticks and skates. Enhance UND athletics brand with current student athletes, perspective student athletes & fans Offeror certifies that items of sports equipment, materials, or supplies to be furnished under the resulting contract will be manufactured in compliance with all applicable labor and occupational safety laws, including, but not limited to, child labor laws, wage and hours laws, and workforce safety laws. Offeror certifies that no sports equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the University under the resulting contract will be, or will have been, produced, in whole or in part, by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor, or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor.
