Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PICK UP OF MATERIAL The pickup of hazardous material will be a full service pickup and removal. The Contractor will be expected to receive, sort, categorize, sample/analyze as needed, package, label, mark, manifest, load, treat, store, prepare and provide for transportation, recycle and dispose of all materials collected. The Contractor will coordinate with generators to establish a pickup schedule. B. LABELING AND MARKING Contractor must make sure the container labeling and marking are as required by N.D.A.C. Chapter 33-24-03 and 40 C.F.R. § 262.31 and 262.32. C. TRANSPORTING OF MATERIAL Contractor shall placard each transportation vehicle in compliance with N.D.A.C. Chapter 33-24-03 and 40 C.F.R. part 262. In the event of a discharge of the material during transportation, Contractor shall take immediate action to protect public health and the environment as required by N.D.A.C. section 33-24-04-07 and by 40 C.F.R. part 263.
