Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH), Division of Community and Health Systems, Tobacco Prevention and Control Program (TPCP) is soliciting proposals for an evaluation contractor capable of conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Department’s statewide TPCP. The TPCP evaluation will focus on the CDC Best Practices for Comprehensive Tobacco Control Programs components which includes State and Community Interventions; Mass-Reach Health Communication Interventions; Cessation Interventions; Surveillance and Evaluation; and Infrastructure, Administration, and Management. Comprehensive evaluation includes TPCP activities, case studies and the projects and grants associated with the NDDoH TPCP. This includes community grant programs, smoke-free and youth-access policy work, NDQuits, NDQuits Cessation Grant Programs, Baby & Me – Tobacco Free Cessation Program and other cessation programs supported through the NDDoH.
