Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Time Limits and Scheduling i. Detail your timeline for a given project from the issuance of a purchase order to the completion of the given building(s). ii. Describe your process plan for providing services in multiple buildings simultaneously, as needed. iii. Provide your proposed work schedule for the specified buildings including completion times per floor, per building. (Note:The University shall initiate and specify the scheduling of buildings). Schedule may fluctuate because of inclement weather, emergency situations, etc. If campus is on lockdown or other emergency situation, Contractor must follow University procedures and be able to make sure employees are safe and accounted for. b) All interior and exterior windows and window frames must be cleaned, reporting any loose or broken glass or glazing, heavy film, or excess mineral deposits to the University. Contractor must be able to provide a solution/quote on corrective action for the heavy film, excess mineral deposits, etc. c) All work areas are to be left clean and neat upon completion of work. d) A written water conservation plan and environmentally preferable product and procedures statement must be submitted with proposal. e) Contractor must provide proof of insurance coverage. f) Contractor must communicate with the designated University contact immediately upon completion of each building and also submit a daily log of buildings/sections completed. g) Contractor must be able to provide OSHA compliant fall protection measures for employees if needed for specific buildings. Equipment rental is acceptable.
