Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development of themes, storyboard, etc. for the 30-second spot will be based on the NC State University brand and must be completed in collaboration with UCOMM’s Creative Director or designee.This will include multiple visits to campus to meet with university personnel. No additional travel or expenses will be paid for these campus visits.•The spot must have the highest production values that portray the quality of NC State University in the best possible light.•The finished 30-second spot shall be completed and final delivery by July 1, 2020.•The finished spot shall be delivered to UCOMM in HD format suitable for use in all broadcast and online platforms.•The university will manage all media distribution.
