Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3. The vendor is expected to be flexible in its scheduling to conform to NC Forest Services (NCFS) work schedule. Normal work yours are 7am – 4 am or 8am – 5pm. 4. The vendor shall contact each test site location at least 30 days in advance of the testing date(s) scheduled for the site location. The Contract Administrator will provide the contact information to the awarded vendor. A map of the state with counties is included at the end of the proposal to aid with scheduling. 5. Failure of the vendor to set up at the scheduled time and date without at least 24-hour notice will result in a waiver of the set-up fee for that location. 6. The vendor shall ensure the audiometric test booth at the site does not exceed the maximum allowable limits 7. The vendor shall ensure the mobile unit testing booths meet background noise levels in accordance with ANSI S3.1999. 8. The vendor shall ensure the respirator testing procedure is in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix A. 9. The audiometric testing/screening and respiratory fit testing (training, as applicable) are conducted to establish baseline and conduct annual testing. 10. Shall be capable of instructing employees on the proper use of hearing protection devices and of conducting hearing conservation training, if not already part of the standard procedures.
