Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide two (2) Storage Array Network units to replace obsolete hardware/software. The equipment should be a turn-key hardware and software solution • NAS hardware must be compatible with the existing ISCSI current network and infrastructure server software, as replacing the current network infrastructure currently in place would be cost prohibitive to replace • Equipment must be able to replicate from one unit to the other for offsite storage backup. • Equipment must be capable of maintaining data integrity should multiple drives fail simultaneously within the array • Software license and five years of 24X7 telephone and email support for the arrays and hardware components with a choice of Next Business Day parts exchange. • Support for the equipment must be within a four hour drive radius, and the call center must reside in the continental United States • Equipment be capable to support Microsoft® Windows® Server, including Microsoft® Hyper-V™ | VMware vSphere™ | HP-UX® | Ubuntu SUSE® Linux Enterprise | SUSE® Linux Virtualization | Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® | Red Hat® Enterprise Virtualization CentOS | Oracle® Linux®.
