Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. ECU requires that Services must be installed and implemented in a manner and time frame designated to minimize the disruption of an ECU customer’s normal functioning. Installations affecting existing services will be accomplished at night or on weekends, unless otherwise agreed to by ECU and will be coordinated in advance so that locations that may be degraded can be notified and emergency alternative communications provided by ECU, if necessary. 2. Installation and testing of the Services shall be the sole responsibility of the VENDOR and shall be coordinated with ECU. 3. The VENDOR must provide notification of a circuit turn-up, in a manner specified by ECU, within 48 hours of the circuit turn-up. 1. Service Outage is defined as the complete inability to: a. Make or receive calls on any SIP trunk or PRI circuit provided by the VENDOR. b. Access the Internet for the purpose of sending or receiving Internet traffic. c. Send or receive data across a VENDOR supported private network, this includes the VENDORS subcontract service providers. d. Exceeding any agreed upon maintenance window by 1 hour or more will constitute a Service Outage.
