Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Carolina Emergency Management (NCEM), intends to award approximately up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to private sector Construction Manager At Risk (CMR) firm(s) in support of the State’s long-term rehabilitation, mitigation, resilient redevelopment and recovery efforts from Hurricane Matthew. The exact number of contracts awarded will depend on anticipated needs, available funding and the qualifications and capacity of the Vendors submitting Letters of Qualification. Services provided through this contract(s) will include but not be limited to: rehabilitation, repair, replacement, elevation, and in limited cases the extension, of damaged infrastructure. The following are examples of the types of infrastructure that may be covered under this contract: water and wastewater conveyance systems, water and wastewater treatment/storage systems, stormwater drainage and control systems, communication systems, roadways, power generation and distribution systems.
