Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Chipping and removing all damaged break lane tile, (2) Cleaning and removing all chipped tile and tile grout debris from the site, (3) Removing water slide and slip resistant pad at shallow water pool, (4) Prepare all painted shallow water play accessories for refinishing, (5) Hydroblasting pool shell to remove 100% of existing Marcite plaster finish, (6) Detecting vessel surface debonding (hollows) and removing unsound areas and repair, (7) Routing and repairing pool vessel cracks, (8) Undercutting below tile line, and fittings to prep for new plaster finish, (9) Removing demolition debris from site, (10) Inspecting all drain covers for compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker (VGB) Pool and Spa Safety Act. Provide and install new covers as determined by the inspection to meet ASME/ANSI A112.19.8-2007 or successor standard. (11) Running a bonding loop continuity check and repairing any deficient areas. (12) Inspecting bonding loop continuity with all items that include but are not limited to the water feature pumps, the pool filtration system and, pool deck and pool vessel accessories with anchor sockets, legs, etc.; repair as required.
