Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Empty trash in all areas remove all items not in trash can but marked “trash” 2. Restock bathroom with soap, toilet tissue and tri-fold paper towels 3. Clean and sanitize sinks, hardware, urinals, mirrors, and toilets, partitions doors, walls, kitchen counter tops and water fountains 4. Vacuum, sweep, or clean floors where spills have occurred/debris collected 5. Vacuum and clean all carpeted areas(Offices, Hallways, Medical Room, Treatment Room, and Common Area conference rooms) 6. Sweep and Mop all Tile/Vinyl Flooring ( bathrooms, and kitchen) 7. Clean front entrance including mat, shake sand and debris from outside door mats, floor, lobby door glass and front door glass 8. Wipe outside refrigerator.
