Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected ERP financial solution will interface with over one hundred (100) non-ERP systems, some of which are third-party COTS solutions and others are home grown solution. These non-ERP systems may provide webfront end, hand-held or mobile interface to the proposed ERP financial system. The non-ERP systems will interface with ERP system as described in the “Application Integration Architecture” section. The non-ERP systems may use a service account to interface with the proposed ERP financial solution. The license and maintenance fee payable for the ERP software shall be calculated by reference to the number of "Named Users" who directly use or access the proposed ERP software. A “Named User" is defined as an individual representative of the State (e.g. employee, agent, consultant, contractor) Outsource Provider or a Supply Chain Third Party and service account, who is authorized to access the ERP Software directly using named user license. Service Account is a user license assigned to an integration software or a software batch job, rather than an individual, that directly communicates with the proposed ERP solution.
