Specifications include, but are not limited to: Central Piedmont has a need for unifying the multiple technological tools and processes that make up the current student engagement and retention efforts at the college. To that end, we require a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that focuses on the current student lifecycle. This RFP intentionally excludes the admission and advancement (postinstitution) lifecycles; however if the chosen vendor’s solution is scalable to these other lifecycles, Central Piedmont is not averse to a future conversation about such use. Central Piedmont defines student success as: Student intentionally, successfully, and equitably navigating well-designed pathways to reach their educational, career, and life goals. The college envisions this system to serve the following three outcomes for student success: 1. Strengthen and improve student success and retention efforts 2. Track a student’s academic and personal information and interactions with support services across the college 3. Provide data-driven and personalized interventions, and timely and relevant communications, to students, to keep them engaged, connected, informed and on track to meet their goals
