Meetings—Conduct all meetings (e.g., webinars, conference calls, in-person meetings) as required in the RFP. Achievement Level Descriptors—Develop final version of achievement level descriptors and reporting (short) achievement level descriptors for grades 3–8 end-of-grade assessments separately and for high school end-of-course assessments. Standard Setting—Conduct standard-setting workshops to set performance standards and academic achievement levels, including development of standard-setting materials, maintenance of test security, and quality assurance of overall materials.
