Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following work tasks should be included in the development of the Plan: • Project Management - Project manager will be the main point of contact for this project and will provide regular updates through e-mail, telephone, and in-person meetings. The project manager will provide accurate project invoicing with summaries of work completed each month. • Steering Committee Meetings – Lead and facilitate up to three (3) steering committee meetings, beginning with a Steering Committee kick-off meeting. • Opportunities and Constraints - Examine existing transportation, bicycle, pedestrian, park, recreation, signage, greenway and trail plans relevant to the study area. Identify current bicycle and pedestrian resources, including on-street bicycle and pedestrian facilities, shared-use trails and greenways o Existing Plans and Development Code Review o Existing Conditions Mapping Analysis o Existing Conditions Field Review • Public Involvement – Public involvement efforts with assistance from the City and other project partners including community groups and local agencies • Draft Plan – Based on the findings of previous tasks, prepare a Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan • Final Plan & Presentation - Revise and produce a final version of the plan and final deliverables, and make a presentation to City Council for approval of the completed plan
