Description

The Work for the YMCA Roof project is split into two tasks. The first task (roof
installation) includes, but is not limited to removing the existing roof and installing a new
roof on the existing building per the plans and the specifications included on the plans. The
second task (curb installation) includes, but is not limited to installing HVAC Curbs and TPO
Curb Flashing at a later date, which is to be determined by the City of Jacksonville.
