Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Architectural or Engineering Firms that are qualified and interested in assisting the City of Jacksonville with developing concepts for redevelopment, design documents for construction, and possible construction administration services for the Jacksonville Welcome Center.
Statement of qualifications shall be submitted to the Deanna Trebil, Engineering Division, City of Jacksonville, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28541, no later than 5:00 PM, October 25, 2019. Two hard copies should be submitted.
The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
The Firm shall provide professional architectural and engineering services related to the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents of said project.
