Specifications include, but are not limited to:The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS) is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors to provide uniformed armed guard services for its facility located at 2211 Schieffelin Road, Apex, NC. Services shall be provided TwentyFour (24) hours a day, Seven (7) days a week. The successful Vendor shall provide management, personnel, equipment and supplies required to ensure employees, customer, facilities and parking areas are properly protected. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The Apex Complex houses several Divisions of the Department of Public Safety, Division of Prisons Central Pharmacy, Office of Staff Development & Training (OSDT), and Enterprise Division.
