Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain pricing and select a Vendor to provide Security Guard Services (unarmed personnel only) for the North Carolina Western Data Center (WDC), a 24X7 operation open 365 days per year. WDC requires a total of 336 hours per week of security guard coverage. The following represents the Security Guard Services that shall be required by the awarded Vendor: A minimum of 336 hours per week coverage as follows--these hours are guaranteed: 2 guards at all times covering 24 x 7 x 365. Location: 1371 Old Caroleen Road, Forest City, NC Building Statistics Number of Floors: 1 Total Square Footage of Building: 53,000 square feet Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
