Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request seeks a behavioral health service provider licensed as a MD, MHNP, or MHPA under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist to deliver behavioral health services and interventions, including but not limited to psychiatric evaluations, prescriptions and medication management for clients enrolled in Permanent Housing & Supportive Services programs. Services will be provided at more than one Wake County facility located in Raleigh NC as needed and scheduled. Virtual visits may be permitted under specific and limited circumstances but cannot be the primary or regular method of service delivery. An average of up to 15 hours per week of service is expected. The Provider will serve approximately 60+ clients. Payments will be made for actual number of service hours provided.
