Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Vendor will provide a fully hosted system with the following capabilities: 1. System must be compatible with Windows 10, provide the ability for online registration by customers. The system must be able to support Azure Active Directory Single-Sign On through SAML for faculty/staff/students and allow local authentication for visitors; must also be able to force password expiration for local accounts. 2. Provide an integration, typically a T-Link web service connection, for permit sales and citation/fines payments through Touchnet payment platform that is secure, web-based, and PCI Compliant (documentation required), and allows transfer of citation/permit charges/refunds to student account for students and payroll deduction through integration with Ellucian Banner ERP system, preferably through Ethos if possible -or by two-way file transfer. a. Must have ability to set-up for automatic charge-outs through Banner for payment of outstanding citations for both students and employees, or alternatively generate a custom report/file for this information to be sent to payroll and the cashier’s office. b. It should also be able to restrict (through account holds) sales of permits to individuals or groups until an account balance is paid, including unpaid citations, etc.
