Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is pursuing an initiative to implement a statewide ERP financial system. The project is called the Financial Backbone Replacement Project (FBR). There are four procurement activities currently associated with this project: Procurement of an ERP financial software Procurement of an Application Integration Platform Procurement of Systems Integrator services for deployment of the proposed ERP financial system Procurement of a vendor for Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) Selection of ERP financial software and Application Integration Platform are in progress and shall be completed by the time the State issues addendum to this RFP. The addendum will include names of ERP financial software and Application Integration Platform. Program Objective for this RFP The objectives of the Financial Backbone Replacement Project are to select and deploy financial application capabilities to replace and enhance the functionality currently provided by the NCAS and CMCS accounting systems. Also, the FBR will serve as the foundation for the State’s further technology enablement of system of record processes. The objective of this RFP is to support the State’s selection of supplier for assisting the Office of the State Controller with the implementation of the replacement application capabilities using an <>.
