Be able to handle inventory transfers between stores.•Ability to accept gift cards - Online and at POS •If it’s SAAS we’ll need a completed HECVAT (Higher Ed Cloud Sender Assessment Tool) report•End to end encryption solution for PCI. Validated point to point encryption (P2PE®) solutions will have priority over end-to-end solutions •If the software solution is required to be PADSS compliant, then compliance status must be provided annually, and when any change occurs (upgrades, etc.). If the software solution is offered as a service (SAAS) then all aspects of the service must be validated as PCIDSS compliant annually and on changes.•The solution will not store credit card data•Replace Aging Hardware if not SAAS•Provide state of the art POS hardware solution
