RFP-RB.TransitBusWraps.07272018 - Transit Bus Wraps and Wrapping Services

The City of Jacksonville is seeking qualified contractors to provide vehicle wraps and installation services for our transit bus fleet. Awarded contractor must produce wraps and provide installation services by qualified personnel.  The contract resulting from this RFP will be for three years with two option years exercisable in one year increments.
 
2.  SCOPE OF WORK/OBJECTIVES
 
Jacksonville Transit wishes to rebrand its fleet of 30 foot cutaway transit buses.  Jacksonville Transit is currently in the process of upgrading its fleet to a medium duty transit vehicle.  The intent is to wrap only the new vehicles (painted white) as they are received.  Our first order of five vehicles is due to be received this month.  Jacksonville Transit currently has 16 Light Transit Vehicles with an expectation that the fleet will expand to 18 within the next year.  Additionally, all Light Transit Vehicles will be replaced with Medium Duty Transit Vehicles.  It is estimated that Jacksonville Transit will replace approximately 2-3 vehicles per year.
