Summary of Specifications:
Repair Floor - Repair and replace decayed and defected floor system including damaged floor joist and Rhem joist ( sill ). Jack house to bring floor wall and ceiling together in bedroom and bathroom and to level doors in house. Rhem Joist replacement shall be performed by a Professional Substructure Contractor. Repair Sagging Ceiling in 2 rooms replace with new ceiling. WINDOWS - Provide and install 9 new vinyl double hung windows in place of existing windows. Include all hardware, trim, screens, and caulking. Include any repair to interior or exterior to bring to original condition. Roof - repair sagging roof. Replace sagged roof system including decayed wood, sheathing, and shingles.
