The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Purchase and Installation a Camera for the
Jacksonville Station located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: Includes, but is not limited, to the purchase and installation of the camera,
installation of one (1) 55’ wood pole and to trench in 200 LF of 1” HDPE conduit. Conductor
and communications cables to be installed by others.
All bids are to be returned to Deanna Trebil by 5:00 PM on June16, 2020. A hard copy of the bid
may be delivered to the Transportation Department at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New
Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. There will not be a public bid opening. Contractors may
also submit their bid electronically as long as it is received by the deadline stated above by
emailing it to dtrebil@jacksonvillenc.gov.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids,
and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
