The City of Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is requesting proposals (RFP) for amusement rides during Jacksonville’s Jamboree 201. This event takes place on Saturday, May 4, 2019 and is located at 100 Recreation Lane, Jacksonville NC 28546.
Please provide bids that include a double game trailer from which prizes will be awarded to each participant at no charge and there is no charge for playing; a carousel, and two ridables for children. Vendor must be able to set up on May 3, 2019 and complete state inspection. Vendor must be able to remove equipment once event ends on May 4, 2019.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to acceptthat Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
