I.        Introduction
The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for 1- ASCO Power Tech Transfer Switch to include start-up

II.      Quotes Due
All quotes must be received by 4:00 p.m. on 3/20/19. Interested bidders may submit pricing electronically through BidNetDirect-North Carolina Purchasing Group http://www.bidnetdirect.com/north-carolina or sign this Request for Quotes and email it to bwilson@jacksonvillenc.gov.

III.     Qualifications
The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the city of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-60000232. The city is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate line item on all invoices.

IV.      Rights
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that bid or bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.

V.       Inspection
All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Department Supervisor at time of delivery.

VI.      Quotes to be Retained
Quotes are to remain valid for a period not to exceed 30 days.
