The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for improvements to site and storm drainage at the Daniel P. Thomas Material Recovery Facility. Work includes clearing and grubbing, site work and grading, constructing new and replacing old storm sewers and manholes, construction of a liner system in a retention pond, installation of stone rip-rap, catch basins, concrete curbing and asphalt paving.
