Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe and provide for routine pumping and cleaning of the septic systems and some sewer lines at various municipal locations throughout Warren County. Bidders may bid on any or all sites. The contractor shall supply and maintain all equipment, machinery, vehicles and apparatus necessary for neat, orderly and efficient performance in completion of the work. The contractor shall provide ROUTINE pumping, cartage and disposal service in the months of May and October with a planned pump day schedule approved by the County. Said schedule shall be submitted to Frank Morehouse, Buildings and Grounds Superintendent after award of Contract. Routine services have a scheduled number of services per year as shown on the bid proposal. Necessity of routine service to locations will be determined by the County. The contract shall be January 1, 2005 until December 31, 2005. In addition, by agreement between the successful bidder and the County of Warren, this award may be extended for an additional two years.
