Summary of Specifications:
The bidder shall furnish corrugated metal pipe, pipe arch, metal end sections and dry wells in accordance with orders and specifications, F.O.B. various project sites within Warren County as per New York State Department of Transportation Specifications dated January 2, 2002 and addenda thereto, under Section 707-Metal Pipe. Corrugated steel pipe and pipe arches shall conform to the requirements specified for Types I, IA, IR, II, IIR and III pipe in AASHTO M196M, except as modified herein. Delivery shall be made within seven days after a specific order has been placed and made to the Department of Public Works - 4028 Main Street, Warrensburg, New York, 12885. This bid is also extended to the subdivisions. Successful bidder will be required to have access to a large stock of pipe for immediate emergency use.
