Description

INTENT:
It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for four (4) months for Fresh and Frozen Meats and Deli Items for Warren County Facilities and a few Hamilton County Facilities.

SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These sites include: Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Rt 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814 and all EIGHT Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see the attached sheet for Office for the Aging Meal Site locations and hours of operations. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.

Bids may be delivered to the undersigned at the Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Bids will be received up until Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be submitted on proper bid proposal forms. Any changes to the original bid documents are grounds for immediate disqualification.
Late bids by mail, courier or in person will be refused. Warren County will not accept any bid or proposal which is not delivered to Purchasing by the time indicated on the time stamp in the Purchasing Department Office.

If utilizing Excel spreadsheet, pages 9 and pages 20 through 23 from Bid Specifications are still required to be submitted along with the printed copy of the Excel.
