Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals to remove existing window panes and screens while providing service and materials to install new window panes and screens. Project will be awarded to the lowest total price. If there are any questions please feel free to call Michal Nowak at 914 939 0753 x 2965.

Existing windows are Therm double glass sealed windows with one fixed side and one sliding side. They also have screens. Windows are various sizes and listed below are a sample of the windows that need replacement. Windows needing replacement may be one side panel or sliding panel. Contractor shall figure the costs as per prevailing wage. Contractor to supply all material, labor and tools for a complete installation.

Contractors SHALL verify window sizes, styles and material needed, dimensions listed below are for illustrative purposes. Village reserves the right to add or delete quantities as required. See photos attached
