THIS BID IS A JOINT BID FOR PAINTING & CARPETING. CARPET IS BASED ON 2'X 2' CARPET TILES. CONTRACT PRICING IS PER DEPARTMENT FOR BOTH SERVICES TOGETHER. ALTERNATE #1 IS FOR OFF PEEK HOURS AND WEEKENDS. ALTERNATE #2 IS FOR PRICING TO MOVE FURNITURE, FIXTURES, ETC. BEFORE AND AFTER PAINTING AND CARPETING ARE COMPLETED.
