The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals for various HVAC work as per specifications below. Project will be awarded to the lowest total price. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor, hardware, tools, Freon, oil, etc for a complete and functioning installation. Contractor is responsible to obtain an electrician as required. Project is prevailing wage and certified payrolls will be required for payment. Police Department: Remove existing Mitsubishi MUZFH09NA single zone Condenser unit and replace with NEW Mitsubishi MXZ-2B20NA-1 dual zone condenser 20,000 btu. Reconnect existing 9,000 wall mounted unit to new condenser. Provide new Mitsubishi MSZ-FH09NA wall mounted unit, 9,000 btu to be located in Police Desk area. Provide all necessary copper tubing line sets, low ambient controls, wiring, condensate pumps. Provide new condensate pump, condensate to discharge into sink near desk. Existing 15 amp circuit wiring and breaker shall be upgraded to 12 gauge wiring and provide a 20amp double pole breaker. Provide a premade curb for condensing unit Existing Mitsubishi MUZFH09NA single zone Condenser to be turned over to Village TV / Police Aux Room: Remove and dispose of existing SANYO CM1812 Condenser and (2) interior Sanyo KMS0912 wall mounted units. Remove existing copper line sets, and condensate pumps. Replace with new Mitsubishi MXZ-2B20NA-1 dual zone condenser 20,000 btu. Provide new Mitsubishi MSZ-GL09NA-U1 wall mounted unit, 9,000 btu to be located in Police Auxiliary room. Provide new Mitsubishi MSZ-GL15NA-U1 wall mounted unit, 15,000 btu to be located in TV/Media room Provide all necessary copper tubing line sets, low ambient controls, wiring, new condensate pumps. Provide new 6x6 pressure treated pads under condensing unit. Utilize existing wiring Rye Brook Fire House Remove and dispose of existing Trane model 2TTA0048A3000AA 4 ton R22 condense, Serial number 33848073F. 200/230V, 3ph. Provide new 4 Ton Dry Charged Condenser complete with liquid and suction line filter driers, moisture gauges, and similar hardware. System shall be flushed with a high quality system flush prior to re installation. Replacement unit shall be name brand and carry a warranty on compressor of minimum 2 years.
