Description

Provide pickup and delivery of files (14 boxes total)
Declip and or destaple plans. Sizes range from 11x17 to 36x48.
Scan all plans and documents into PDF 300DPI minimum.
Categorization of files, all sets of plans shall be filed in a folder or named accordingly as per plan or project name. Miscelaneous files hall be placed in a folder in individual format. Plan sets shall be single file
Deliver data to Village on an external hard drive for Village to keep
Completion shall be 30 to 45 days from pickup.
Lost plan sets will be incur a 100 dollar per set credit, and a lost box will incur $500 per box credit..
